Amy Posey translates the science of performance into practical work habits for global Fortune 500 companies. Sharing her lessons learned and making research relevant for the modern-day business leader, she helps people apply the latest science into how they can be better humans at work and beyond. As former CEO of The AIP Group and current Founder and CEO of SUPER*MEGA*BOSS, Amy has spent the last 20 years uncovering practical ways people can work smarter. She has worked with companies including Apple, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Cisco, Deloitte, Google, HP, Mastercard, McKinsey, McKesson, Microsoft, Paypal, and VMware.

Amy earned her Executive Masters with distinction in Applied Neuroscience and Leadership from the Neuroleadership Institute. She also earned her M.B.A. with honors from DePaul University’s campus in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where she lived and worked for two years broadening her global perspective. She has a B.A. in English, Education, and Writing with distinction from Purdue University.

An adventurer at heart, she has explored more than 60 countries on all 7 continents, most recently as part of an 11-person expedition to the Arctic with her co-author, crossing Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada on foot in winter.

Kevin Vallely

Kevin Vallely is both a business professional and world-class explorer and fully understands how the ‘wild-wisdom’ garnered in the adventure world maps directly to the challenges faced by the modern business professional because he lives it himself. He juggles his life as a registered architect, leadership mentor, author, keynote speaker and father, yet still has found the time to become an internationally recognized explorer.

His adventuring career spans nearly two decades with one of his many highlights happening in 2009, when he and two teammates broke the world record for the fastest unsupported trek to the Geographic South Pole. Kevin is a member of the esteemed Explorer’s Club and was honoured as an Explorer’s Club Flag recipient for his expedition to the Northwest Passage in 2013. His book on this adventure called Rowing the Northwest Passage: Adventure, Fear, and Awe in a Rising Sea was published in 2017.

Kevin graduated with Great Distinction from the McGill University School of Architecture and won the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada medal as the top graduating student. He is a recipient of a Commonwealth Scholarship to Cambridge University for post-graduate studies.
